Roku Express 4K+ Doesn't Have an Option For Searching Channels

I restart my Roku device daily because it gets its power from the TVs USB port. I only have “Home”, “Streaming Options” and “Settings” listed on the menu on my Roku Home Screen. I have 4 other Roku streaming sticks, and all of them have many choices on the main menu, including “Search”. So the Roku guy and the expert user are simply blowing smoke up our *******!

    • Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings > System > About?
    • Where are you currently located?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
    • Have you checked if the email link on your other Roku devices by going to Settings > System > About is the same Roku account as your Roku Express 4K+?
