Roku express 4K connected to Samsung tv connected to LG soundbar setup not working

I had it so my Roku remote could control my Samsung tv and the volume on my LG soundbar… I had to reset my Roku express now I can’t control the volume to my LG soundbar and it keeps cutting out to the subwoofer. The mute button works, but the up and down does not work. Please help with this setup. Again, it used to work, now it doesn’t after I reset my Roku!!

    Thanks for joining us here in the Roku Community!

    This could likely be due to a refresh on CEC. Try the steps below.

    1. Press Home.
    2. Scroll to Settings and press OK.
    3. Scroll to System and press OK.
    4. Scroll to Control Other Devices (CEC) and press OK.

    If this has been enabled already, get back here, and we'll look into it further.
