Roku Express 4K+ bit rate settings
I have a new Roku Express 4K+ is it possible to change the bit rate settings?
Some say it is set at 12 megabytes per second, and I would like to change it to 3.5 Mbps if possible.

It's not possible. Some services let you select the maximum bitrate on their sites or possibly within the app, but the only Roku setting that can affect bitrate is the display type. If you set it to 720p it should only use lower bitrate streams (i.e., not 1080p or 4k).
