This is the classic channel congestion problem that many suffer from when using WiFi. Install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar if you own an iPhone. Then open the app and take note of how many others are using the same channel/band. If you're like most and 'rent' equipment from the service provider its likely the router is using the default 'auto' selection for channels. Log into the router, disable 'auto selection' then look at the app and choose a channel with less congestion

I resolved the issue. I had to reset the wifi router to factory settings. works perfectly. Apparently, a power outage caused the router to not hold the ROKU signal, but every other device was OK. Three ROKUs would drop after 30 seconds and reconnect. The wifi needed to be reset to factory.
Yay!!!!
