The Dispute Resolution update is on my TV screen. It asks that I Agree or select * to see the Terms. I can do neither, I have tried turning the TV on and off but nothing. Can anyone help, I have waited on Support for nearly an hour and no response.
Another thread going on here https://community.roku.com/t5/Community-discussions/Roku-disables-player-with-attempt-to-coerce-arbitration-agreement/td-p/950649.
atc98092 indicated pressing the Home button on the remote a few times worked to exit this screen without agreeing.
I saw a few online postings that restarting the network also helped clear this from the screen when this first started happening a few days ago.

None of the suggestions resolved the problem of bypassing the screen without agreeing to the terms, infringing upon my consumer rights. I firmly reject the agreement, and if it were merely a Roku stream, disposal would be a simple option. However, considering that my main TV integrates Roku, this scenario not only undermines consumer rights but also constitutes a violation of fair practices in consumer relations.

If enough people refused to agree, it might go away as it's not fair to consumers.

Thank you thank you thank you! Rebooting the internet worked. We had "accepted" the arbitration agreement. When we went to a video, it was unwatchable. After reading this post, I rebooted the internet and everything came back.
Very grateful for your help.

This explains why I haven't seen it. My Harmony macros make extensive use of Home since that "resets" the state of the menu to the top, putting it in a known state for macros.

Pushing the home button did nothing for me.
