Roku devices poor quality

Roku devices poor quality, 4 devices have failed. 2 with power related issues and 2 won’t connect to WiFi even tho I’ve reset it the divide and network 1000 times. Don’t waste your money on this. Zero costumer service, no chat forum. I’ve switched to chrome cast.

    Could you tell us more details about the power-related issue you are seeing? In terms of the WiFi connectivity issues, do you receive an error message or code? What troubleshooting steps were taken to resolve the issue?
