Roku device not responding

Since yesterday I can't get my Roku device to work. The indicator light is constantly on, and I tried various re-set options to no avail. Even the "factory reset" button will not work. Any ideas?

    avritter What Roku device do you have?  Have you unplugged the device and plugged it back in.   Unfortunately it may be that the device has failed.

      HDMIGuy I have a Roku Ultra, and yes I have tried the unplug and plug several times to no avail.
