Roku device need help in setting up

I am trying to plug a new Roku device into my non-Roku television set.  And I DO NOT do technology.  I no longer have access to the agent number (in MIssouri!) I used not long ago.  

And I DO NOT understand the this company's dismissive attitude toward customers.

    wmurchison Roku does not have "agents" in Missouri. And they do not have telephone support. So anyone you reached from not Roku. If you could provide some more detailed info, we might be able to help you out. What model Roku do you have? What is the make and model of your TV? What exactly are you trying to do that is puzzling you?
