Roku device keep disconnecting from Wi-Fi

My old Roku, circa 2017, had been disconnecting from WiFi at least once a week, so I thought I needed a new one. I bought the $65 Roku directly from Roku four months ago, only to have it disconnect every other night. I tried all the suggested "tips" and "tricks" and concluded that, after fifteen years of using Roku, the product is no longer functioning, and Roku doesn't really care.  I loved Roku, and I'm grateful for the many years when they were paying attention, during which I received an excellent streaming service. The best! Not sure who is at the helm at Roku now. I won't be around to figure that out. I'm off to buy a projector with streaming capabilities instead of dribbling and drabbling about in Roku's unresolved labyrinth of muck.

    We understand that your Roku device keeps disconnecting from the internet, and we're here to look into it.

    Could you let us know when you first noticed this issue? Did it occur before or after an update? Also,  are there any changes to the setup of your internet recently? 

    In the meantime, we'll try to isolate the issue by connecting it to a different Wi-Fi network and see if it persists.
