Roku Contoller Probles -They've become Routine

Why are there constant problems with the Roku controller.  Nothing will unlock the Roku screen.  Not powering off the roku or the TV.  This is a truly miserable device.  Let's hope that they eventually go out of business and are replaced by some reliable organization that has devices that work routinely
