Roku city screensaver stops abruptly after some time

So since this backdrops issue isn’t going to be fixed any time soon: Backdrops error: "Your backdrops have been removed." | Roku Community

And it’s been over 5 months since I reported it, I switched to the normal Roku city screensaver, which I set to activate after 30min inactivity.
👉🏻Now for a few weeks it’s been doing this behavior where it abruptly stops and the homescreen comes back on, despite me not touching the remote and the Roku Ultra player still being idle.

Is Roku ever going to fix any of these issues I reported? This has to be one of the buggiest streaming boxes, and I wish it wasn’t. It’s only accumulating unfixed bugs on bugs, without any of them getting fixed. Is Roku intentionally sweeping them under the rug, and choosing to ignore bug reports? Just check my community account. I made many bug reports, and other issues.

Anyway my info since you will definitely ask:

• Roku Ultra 4850X
• Version 15.0.4
• Build: 5531
• Device ID: S0VS349CV1YS

Quick update: This is from our support team.

Your device may be picking up signals from something else nearby, either from a remote or another connected device. One way to check is by unplugging any devices connected to your TV one at a time and seeing if the issue stops. If it does, the last device you unplugged might be the cause. You can then try turning off a feature called 'CEC' on that device, which sometimes helps prevent these kinds of signal mix-ups.

Let us know what you find!
