Roku box will not connect to my wifi

My Roku box will not connect to my wifi and I've tried unplugging and restarting the Roku box and the WiFi box but to no avail and I have had it for 3 years now. What do I do? Thank you.

    • What error message or code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after putting in the network credentials)
    • How far is your device from your network router?
    • Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
