Roku box and roku tv set up
I have a roku tv and a roku box. I want to set up the roku box in another room. Can I set up the roku tv and roku box on the same account?

Yes, I would think that you could set up all of your Roku devices on the same account. I have 5 Roku devices on the same account.
Yes, it is reported you can have up to 20 Rokus linked to a single Roku account. Your channel apps are linked to your account, not to your individual Roku units, so all Rokus linked to the same Roku account receive the same channels. Add/remove on one, add/remove on all.
