Roku blinking white light
I have two Roku players that just blink a white light. I can’t use the remote and it says they are not connected to the internet. I have tried resetting it. It just stays on the Home Screen on both devices of different tvs

What are the model numbers of the devices written on them somewhere? Do the remotes have a button on the back or inside the battery compartment or a microphone button?
