Roku black screen but shadows of icons

  • TCL 50-inch Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV - 50S434, 2021 Model 
  • Screen  so dark unable to properly navigate to find any options to troubleshoot. 
  • Tried factory reset, hard reset, pulling out plug, NOTHING WORKS as screen still dark & picture settings on brighter from initial setup
