Roku app lock screen control on iPhone

For security reasons, I can't imagine any app allowing full access from the lock screen. But I do see that starting with iOS 15 Apple has made a way to open an app directly from the lock screen. What this is doing is basically giving you a shortcut directly to the app from the lock screen. You would still need to use the unlock feature (passcode or face recognition) to actually use the app, but it is a quick way to get to the app.
