Roku and Internet connection

My tv has stopped connecting to the internet for some reason, I don’t know if it’s a router problem or the tv itself isn’t working properly but all other devices that are connected to the internet are working properly. I tried factory resetting the tv, I unplugged and plugged in the router cables, I opened the secret menu to fix the issue and moved the tv 1 inch from the position it was in yet my tv isn’t connecting to the WiFi, the connection displays the connection as excellent. Are there any other steps that I need to do to fix this issue before I contact my internet provider?

    Are you getting an error message number in the message box?

    Are you able to connect the TV to a mobile hotspot (if available to you)?
