Roku Account and TCL Roku TV label S/Ns don't match

TV S/N in Roku Account and TCL Roku TV label S/N don't match. How can I fix this (so compatibility indications on Roku site are credible/reliable)?

    Thanks for reaching out. Rest assured that we will help you figure this out and suggest some steps to help you link your TCL Roku TV to your Roku account. 

    Please ensure that your TCL Roku TV is connected to your current Roku account. You can verify this by going to Settings > System > About. Once it's linked, it will display the accurate details.

    You might currently be viewing information for a different TCL Roku TV.
