I have contacted this support community over a month ago with no help. I have a 65" tv. I can't watch any movie on any app without it pausing on it's own. The movie restarts over on it's own. It has gotten to the point where it will stop, go to a whole different movie and play that movie. This tv is garage and you can't get any help.

My first contact here after wasting my money with this Roku 75" was due the SmartView cannot find it. Find others Roku TV but not this one, after back and forth with some "expert" I never received any answer but is the same when I had the nightmare to deal with Roku direct customer service...
Guess what? I had to reset again the TV this morning.

- What model is your Roku TV? (Hisense, TCL, ONN, Select Series, Pro, Series, Plus Series, etc.)
- When did you notice the issue start?
- Are there any changes in the setup or settings of your Roku device or your network provider that might cause the problem?
- Do you observe this behavior while using any other channel(s) on your device?
- Have you tried removing the channel you observed this issue on from the Roku home screen? Then, restart your device. Once it loads up again, add the channel and try playing content again.

My tv is a Hisense. This issue has been going on for months now and I can't even seem to get any help. Nothing has changed with my setup. I have tried everything, I mean everything. I even called Hisense and I was advised to turn on a show, take the batteries out while watching and see if that helps; put the battries back in. The tv is worse now. It happens in any app I try to watch a movie on. I've done it all including a hard restart, removing of apps. Nothing helps.

I just removed all related to the Roku TV channel, I did not see any channel from the Roku Guide, Live TV or whatever that is related with Roku. I only leave the Youtube, Espn, Spotify and Netflix app. A lot of money lost with this "super Roku 75 TV"
