Thanks for reaching out! We understand you're having an issue with your Roku TV, which went black screen but still has audio. We want to look more into it.
Could you provide us with more information about it?
- When did the issue occur?
- Is there a specific channel that was affected?
- Does this happen after the TV starts up or while streaming?
Please keep us posted.

The issue just started this week. I’ve had the tv for only 6 months. The problem occurs as soon as I turn on the tv. All channels.

Went through the troubleshooting with roku tech support. Looks like I am out of luck on the TV. They told me to hire a technician to fix the TV as there troubleshooting with me was no help. Very frustrating as I kept getting tossed from tech to tech to try and troubleshoot and they all told me the same. Unplug TV, try different plug and system reset. We'll since I'm out of warranty just outside of a year the TV is basically junk as not worth the repair cost. Looks like a hardware issue as when I tap in the back of the TV sometimes the screen comes on momentarily. Probably poorly soldered board...well off to the trash heap she goes...frustrated at the poor quality...
