Our Roku - Model 4200X remote is not working properly. Intermittent problem to navigate between channels and between videos or programs within a channel. On YouTube, the video sometimes just won’t load and shows only a gray screen.
Where can we buy a new remote ($$)?

It seems like we've got some complicated issues here. Does this navigation issue occur as well the same as using the Roku mobile app remote?
In addition, when you see the issue occur on YouTube does a simple restart help, or does it come back right after the reset?
