Suddenly today my roku 3 does not work anymore. it is connected to the AT&T router via ethernet. I checked the internet cable plugged in the Roku, with my laptop. no problem speed is 70mbps. I reset the roku a few time without success. what shall I do? buy a new one?

One additional suggestion we would like for you to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot. and see if you notice any difference.
