Roku - ONN TV no intenet via wired connection

I have the same problem.  There is no ethernet connection on a Spectrum modem,  I have unplugged the router and modem, tried different router inputs, and restarted my Roku Onn TV. I do not get a wired connection.  jimmybathke@gmail.com
