Right arrow key stop working on the remote.

I recently purchased a Roku Streaming Stick 4k/ voice remote operated. After a few weeks the right arrow key stopped working; all the other key positions work on the remote. I  tried all the suggestions to unplug restart etc., etc. I need someone from Roku to get in touch with me to fix this problem. I cannot access much content since everything is on the right hand side of the screen. I have the SN S0J7333706T41, from the device. What else is needed to expedite this request?
