return from Roku to standard TV
unable to return for Roku programs to regular TV stations.

If you are using a Roku device connected to a TV, you will need to use your TV remote (not the Roku remote), to select the appropriate "Input" on your TV for antenna/OTA.
If you are using an actual RokuTV, you will need to select Live TV in order to view antenna/OTA channels (and have an antenna connected to the coaxial input in order to receive antenna/OTA channels).
I couldn't connect to the roku using remote as well, why so?
