Reset my tv now idk what network it's on and no remote and phone can't find the tv

I reset my roku tv and I don't have a remote other than my ohine but idk what network it's on so I'm unable to find it on my remote app to find the network and now it's stuck on choose language screen

    Zacu1, sorry, you need a physical remote.  Your TV isn't connected to any network, so no app can be used.  You either need a remote from the TV's manufacturer (which isn't Roku), a Roku Voice remote, or a universal remote that supports Roku TVs.
