Requested RCC1R remotes but received RC909s instead
I placed an order for 2 RCC1R remotes, but received RC909s instead. How do I return the wrong remotes for the correct ones?

Every Roku remote ever made had two different model numbers, one on the remote, and different one that shows up in the on-screen graphics. Mine has RC-CS1 on the back of the remote, but in on-screen menu it says it's RC880. Little things can change on-screen model from another remote is app keys preset. Mine has Netflix, Appletv+, Paramount +, and HboMax.
I say get magnifying glass and look with flashlight at the model number on the remote itself. It's very hard to see.
I ordered the remotes that have the volume buttons on the side. The ones we received do not. Wanted one remote to operate the TV and the screen.
How can I talk to a Roku Customer Service Rep?
