Rental owner controls to prevent factory reset.

Totally understand the challenge. If you’re offering DirecTV as a set amenity, Guest Mode doesn’t really work since it wipes apps like that at checkout. That said, I can confirm there’s currently no way to prevent a guest from performing a factory reset if they have physical access to the device.
We’ve heard this kind of feedback before, and I agree it would be helpful to have a way to lock down important settings like factory reset while still allowing app-level access. I’ll flag this as a feature request to our product team.
