Remote working on one TV but not the other

We have two TVs outside. The remote used to work on both of them but is now only working on one of them. We've tried resetting the one TV that isn't working, but now we can't do anything with it because we the remote doesn't work. Anyone experience this before? And what did you do?

    A little more information would be helpful.

    What are the Roku model numbers of the Roku devices? Settings > System > About

    What kind of remote is it? Did you buy it separately? What is the name or model number of the Remote?

    Or did the remote come with a Roku device? If so, what is the model number of the Roku device?
