My dogs chewed remote. Got a new one. Not pairing. Home screen shows note connected, amd does not show on my app, but does show online device in my account. How do I get this connected and worming with remote? I have tried everything suggested. Not helping
When it says on the home screen it's not connected it's not referring to the remote, not connected means internet is not setup. What is model of express, is it the 3700? Which cannot be paired with wifi Roku remote. Only remotes to control that model are IR remotes. Either Roku IR remote or aftermarket IR universal with Roku code. Any other express model can be paired to a wifi Roku remote.
