Remote won’t work unless plugged in

Question

I’ve had this voice remote plus for about maybe a year, and suddenly it stopped working, so I plugged it in and it works. But, then the status at the top keeps changing every 5 seconds from 100%, to charging, and to dead. It’s very obnoxious and I’ve tried to “forget device”, but it doesn’t show up and I’ve tried re-pairing multiple times. But no matter what I do I can’t get it to work.&nbsp;

We want to further investigate this issue that you had with the Roku remote. May we know what kind of Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
