Remote won’t pair or work

Model 3810x sn:213032731022

stopped working. Interferes with my xfinity remote. On off and volume work but no other buttons. Won’t pair. Changed batteries. No buttons sticking. Seems to run hot even with extension. Worked perfectly before.

    Do you still have the original USB with bump attached? That's what the remote is communicating with, not the stick itself. It might have gone bad. It still controls the tv because it's sending IR commands directly  to the TV.
