Remote with backlit buttons

One for All makes a streaming remote that lights up. But only certain Roku Devices are supported so check the manufacturers website

Any third party remote is going to be IR only. For Roku devices, they should work on anything other than a Roku Stick. The Stick models are all WiFi Direct only, as they are designed to be placed behind a TV where an IR signal would not reach.

Looked for that myself.

I only located 2 models, both of which only have the main master switch which glows after exposure to light.

I know this is not backlit, however one of them might get you in the ballpark when it comes to locating  buttons in the dark.
