Remote will power on Tv but not responding to the set up prompts
So a coworker did a factory reset to our office tv and now we cannot move past the "Lets get started"
prompt. The remote will power the tv/on off but i cannto select the language to get started.

You'll want to pair the remote before you can start using the Roku. Since you just did a factory reset, it’s going to make you go through the setup process from the beginning.
