Remote warranty- are remotes covered under 1yr warranty?
I have a Roku simple remote less than 1 yr old. I troubleshot it & it does not work at all. Are remotes covered under the 1 yr warranty by Roku?
Yes, but they usually want you to send back everything on your dime. Try contacting support at https://support.roku.com/contactus during business hours (PDT) and see if you can get to a chat. You may have some luck getting them to send you a remote, but no guarantees.
