Remote volume is sticking

When I turn the volume up or down it seems to stick and over adjust.

    Try this...

    1. Navigate on your Roku remote to Settings.
    2. Then, go to System > Power > System Restart.

Thank you for this suggestion but it did not resolve the issue.  As an additional point of reference I have four Roku tv’s/remotes and this issue is isolated to just one of those units. 

software is up to date and system has been restarted as suggested.

    We would like to investigate this issue further. Please provide us with a photo of your Roku remote that shows the stuck volume button.

    How do I insert an image in a post?

    Additionally, please let us know the model of your Roku device or TV that you are having issues with and the type of Roku remote you have.

      Remote is model RC 628 firmware version RTN.4246

      I have the same remote and having a similar problem. It's just the decrease side of the volume button that seems to be sticking or worn out. Personally, I think it's the volume mechanism itself and not a software issue. When I want to increase the volume, I'll have to depress it enough to get a click. On the decrease side, all I have to do is rest my finger on the button with no pressure, and the volume runs down to zero.
