Remote volume is sticking

When I turn the volume up or down it seems to stick and over adjust.

    Try this...

    1. Navigate on your Roku remote to Settings.
    2. Then, go to System > Power > System Restart.

    Once this has been performed, you can check to see if you notice any improvements.

      Thank you for this suggestion but it did not resolve the issue.  As an additional point of reference I have four Roku tv’s/remotes and this issue is isolated to just one of those units. 

      software is up to date and system has been restarted as suggested.

        We would like to investigate this issue further. Please provide us with a photo of your Roku remote that shows the stuck volume button.

        How do I insert an image in a post?

        Additionally, please let us know the model of your Roku device or TV that you are having issues with and the type of Roku remote you have.
