Remote stopped working

My roku remote up and quit working. I’ve changed batteries and all, not even the pairing button responds. Is there a fix for this? Can it be replaced?

    I’ve been through all the prompts. read them all, tried all suggestions. Nothing is working to get my remote to work. please help

        My remote is the one that came with my ROKU  It does not have a reset button. I have put in new batteries and plugged and unplugged my roku. Ghe Roku comes up on the tv but temote won’t work to use it. I appreciate your help

    If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number on the Roku device along with a summary of the issue you are experiencing. I'll be able to assist you further from there.

      Same problem. Remote for 3600x is just dead. New batteries. Still dead. Reset stick and now it asks me to pair the remote but remote is dead. 
      All the “help” says I can order a replacement from ROKU, but it does not seem to exist on the website except as part of a whole new package.

      Hi Danny: 

      Remote still not functioning.  The pairing light is flashing rapidly, no the “pair your remote” screen remains on the tv and remote not working.  After several minutes the screen goes to language but remote will not allow control

      My remote stopped working during setup. I tried troubleshooting and nothing. Please help me fix this

    Why doesn't my Ultra remote control my TV power anymore.  It worked fine a week ago then I changed the batteries and It no longer will power on or off my Samsung TV???  I have tried almost every resource and have no answers yet.  Roku Support site is not much use.
