Remote shell access to Roku TV

I am auditing my Roku TV for security vulnerabilities.

I understand that shell access is "locked down", but I would like to know what ports or services I could block to harden the RokuTV.

1. How can the RokuTV remote access be hardened?

2. Can a WebEx or Zoom be setup for Roku analyst to harden or audit the TV, since the customer cannot (obviously).

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
