Remote right arrow next to OK button functions poorly

Tried to contact Roku but agent support is not available for 4K unit. Do I need to buy another remote? Current unit is 6 weeks old. All other functions seem to work. Remote right arrow next to OK but...

Thanks for the quick response and guidance.  I confess I got lazy and just went to Best Buy and picked up a new stand alone remote, the one that is an upgrade, rechargeable with voice activation, easily paired and works great.  Thirty buck solution but hopefully it'll last a while.  Thanks again ...
