Remote not working
Brand New Remote Pro Voice worked for 1 day and now no longer works. I have reset my Roku and repaired remote twice. Still not working.

After resting the remote again and switching the "Hey Roku" switch off and on a few times it is now working.

For future reference, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds.
