Remote not working to control volume- simple remote
I have a “simple” remote and an Onn Roku Tv, this is the remote that came with the tv but today I noticed a problem. Whenever the batteries are in the remote you cannot control it, the remote just turns the tv up to max volume and the only way to stop it is to take out the batteries. I was wondering if there is anyway I can fix this. I tried unplugging the tv and cleaning the remote to make sure the button isn’t stuck I even tried to do research on what to do but no one seems to have the same problem/answer. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated!
