Remote lowering and spiking volume with no input.

My remote is randomly, without touching it lowering and spiking the volume.  Also occasionally when I press volume down my program will reverse. This is happening on two of my devices. Has anyone else had this problem and have you found the cause and a fix?

    Thanks for letting us know about your concern with the Roku remote. I'm here to help.

    Let's perform a remote reset to troubleshoot the issue. 

    Restart your Roku Remote

    • Reset your remote: Press and hold the Back and Home/Pairing button simultaneously for about 20 seconds.

    Re-pair your Roku remote

    • Set the Roku device in pairing mode, unplug it from the power outlet for 15 seconds, and plug it in again.
    • Initiate pairing by pressing and holding the Back and Home/pairing button for 5 seconds.
