Remote help

I just moved. Lost remote. I have the remote on phone but I can’t use it because roku isn’t connected to WiFi and can’t connect to WiFi without remote. Help!  Says manually enter IP address but don’t know where to find that either

    Sorry, but no. You have to have real remote initially to set up the internet on the roku, only then can you use cellphone app connected to the same internet. A roku doesn't have IP address until its conneced to the internet.

    What Roku model device are you using? With more information we can recommend the appropriate replacement remote that you would need for your Roku device.
