Hi Carly, I’m having the same issue like this person. I’ve replaced the batteries with new ones and same result. I think I purchased this at Target around 2020. It is a Roku hdmi stick and remote. I’ll have to get you the model number of the remote. Thx Nate
Yes, but the green status light does not come on or stay on when I press the pairing button for 5 seconds
The remote model I have is RC-EL1

- Is the remote still able to navigate?
- Has the remote been submerged in water or dropped?
In the meantime, please try resetting the remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds, and then pair it again.
