Still not working not pairing, new batteries, unplugged replug, so I used a different remote and it works. So is there a certain amount of time that renders the remote to not work?

Hi Carly, I’m having the same issue like this person. I’ve replaced the batteries with new ones and same result. I think I purchased this at Target around 2020. It is a Roku hdmi stick and remote. I’ll have to get you the model number of the remote. Thx Nate
