Remote failures...multiple remote failures

Is Roku doing anything about all the remote fails? I've had 2 Ina year and half. Both have failed. Cost more than streaming device.

    Thanks for letting us know about this issue with your remote. Could you tell us how long you have been using this and when did you start seeing the issue occur? Have you tried any troubleshooting?

    Also, are these remotes that came along with the device?
