Remote control right arrow button

The right arrow button on my remote is not working all the other buttons work fine. I haven’t had it that long. I don’t really want to purchase a new one. Has anyone else had these problems

    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix the issue? For instance, have you changed the batteries, re-paired the remote, or restarted the device?
    • What’s the model number of your Roku remote?
    • When and where did you purchase the remote? Did it come with a TV or a Roku device?
