Remote control pro does not hold charge and must be re-paired every day!
Roku Ultra device with Remote Control Pro was purchased in November 2022. Worked fine until now. Remote will not hold a charge and must be re-paired with Roku Ultra box every day! In addition, the Remote charge status icons in the upper right corner of TV image/screen constantly appear and flash regardless of the actual charge status. Terribly annoying! Something has obviously gone wrong with the Remote. Please advise as to the correct solution to these problems/issues.
