Remote control pro does not hold charge and must be re-paired every day!

Roku Ultra device with Remote Control Pro was purchased in November 2022. Worked fine until now. Remote will not hold a charge and must be re-paired with Roku Ultra box every day! In addition, the Remote charge status icons in the upper right corner of TV image/screen constantly appear and flash regardless of the actual charge status. Terribly annoying! Something has obviously gone wrong with the Remote. Please advise as to the correct solution to these problems/issues.

    Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku Ultra. This can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.

  • I am having the same problem. My Roku premier Plus remote was working fine and then one day it couldn't hold a charge. We are charging it daily and it's still is not enough. We've had older models of this remote that were not rechargeable that have lasted a decade. This is incredibly disappointing.

      We understand that you are facing an issue with the Roku remote that is not holding charge. We'd like to take a closer look to see if there's anything else we can suggest to help. Can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device that is paired with the remote and the model of your Roku remote?

      Once we have this information, we'll be able to assist you further from there.
