remote control buttons won't work unless pressed very hard

I have a roku tv with a simple players remote.  I have been having the same problem as many others with the remote control buttons not working unless they are pressed very hard.   I have tried all the suggestions offered by mods and others; none have worked.  Are you sending replacement remotes to correct this issue?

We would also appreciate a picture of the remote. You can do this by clicking on the "Photo" option in the editor's toolbar, selecting one of the image source options, and following the on-screen instructions. Additionally, please provide the serial number of the Roku device with which your remote is paired.

    Hello
    it your Roku remote issue, where buttons only work when pressed hard, is a common complaint. You’ve likely tried troubleshooting tips, but it’s possible the problem stems from a hardware malfunction. For a resolution, contacting Roku customer support is the next step, as they may offer a replacement if the issue falls under warranty.

      If it comes with an IR remote it isn't a Roku made Roku tv,  so you would have to get in touch with actual TV manufacturer, not Roku. Roku only supplies UI for those Roku tvs. All true Roku made Roku tvs come with wifi remotes.
